of living/Financial parameters, Commuting stipulations, Space/Home wish
lists, Lifestyles/community service participation, Hobbies/Social affiliations
and special needs.
Scheduled area tours and home finding search:
We arrange for an experienced, relocation-trained agent to educate the transferee
on specific targeted communities in conjunction with or separately from
home finding searches. Transferees, with their agent, begin the process
of educating themselves on the real estate market and the different costs
associated with each area.
Continual Feedback Sessions:
One point of contact at Corcoran Relocation allows transferees to have
one constant sounding board. We monitor the relocation process to better
guide the transferee through their learning curve.
