Moving is not an easy business. The Corcoran Group's Relocation Division makes this as stress free as possible. Starting with our initial phone call, we evaluate needs and listen to expectations. As the process unfurls, we uncover trepidations about moving from the known, to the unknown. We have at our disposal a host of tools to help transferees feel at home sooner, rather than later.

Our initial 'get to know you' telephone consultation:
We ask the important questions: number of people involved with the move, current hobbies and lifestyles, current living situation, possible schooling requirements, spouses' career, obstacles or opportunities created with the move, existing extended family support system, prior experience living in the area, expected arrival and timing of move, plus the important financial parameter questions.
