Robson Lemos has a degree in Economics, politics and marketing and is one of Corcoran's most experienced brokers. He has an unrivalled track record for finding real estate value in New York City. For his first ten years associated with the Corcoran Group, he worked as a condominium specialist, taking charge of some of Manhattan's most exclusive properties and pioneering luxury developments in previously unheralded neighborhoods such as Tribeca, Soho, East Village and the Lower East Side. He has held his position for years in the company’s multi million dollars winner’s team. His understanding of New York neighborhoods, buildings, even shops, restaurants and galleries is extraordinary. Robson specializes in identifying the most promising opportunities for investors and developers, linking concept, research, architecture, marketing and sales into one seamless process. Having an expert assistance in every area from finance and banking to real estate law, architectural style, layout and design.
Prior to work associated with the Corcoran Group, Robson worked as a producer and marketing executive within the music, TV, fashion, fine arts, antique furniture and film industries. The trend-spotting expert has acquired an ability to predict patterns within New York's property market with uncanny accuracy. Now most of his hobbies are architecture, interior design, fine art and TV (he owns a TV show format for demonstration of products with humor and mystery called “Urban Life TV”, in negotiations to be the air soon). Together with his business partner Adriano Hultmann, they own an art-gallery in Astoria (LIC) Art-Home Gallery, connecting buyers, sellers, artists, developers, contractors, among all interested in art and real estate in NYC.
After the sales of innumerous properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn, Robson together with Adriano Hultmann sold their first condominium building ever at the Corcoran Group history in Queens (The Astorian Condo in early 2005). Soon thereafter, had leased the company’s first rental building in LIC (Astoria Square Apartments) and since 2005 they are the leader team working with new developments of condominium buildings in upcoming neighborhoods as Long Island City (Hunter’s Point, Queens Plaza and Astoria) in Queens. Their work has more emphasis to new developments in upcoming neighborhoods anywhere in NYC, creating successful marketing and sales campaigns with amazing results. They also keep working with resale and as exclusive buyers, in order to keep their high knowledge about what buyers are looking for and what developers are building. They bring a unique blend of creative and unique marketing strategies to the industry.
They are spearheading Corcoran's name in all boroughs, but with more emphasis in Queens. They are conquering Long Island City, from Hunter’s Point to upper Astoria in Ditmars, with their amazing bestselling condo projects, which are most of Corcoran’s inventory in the area. Their main focus is LIC, because it represents the city's last truly undervalued promising area. But their knowledge of the Western edge of Queens, across the East River from Manhattan, is a big plus for any developer or buyer interested in an upcoming area. It is very hard to find someone better at negotiating and setting price for a property as than this team of professionals, with over 14 years experience in dealing with real estate and properties all over NYC.
Success in real estate is impossible without detailed market analysis and product planning, and Robson's unique marketing insights and legendary work ethic has been a key factor in their rapid rise through the new borough and through the Corcoran Group.
