As first time home buyers we were very fortunate to have George as our realtor. He was extremely helpful in navigating the real estate market, locations based on our interest, areas of potential concern and short term vs long term benefits of specific locations. He provided insight on homes that while in our budget may not fit our needs in the long term and/or be beneficial for resale. George laid out the facts of the homes we were interested in which for first time home buyers ultimately helped us make an insightful decision. George truly shined during the closing process. After many failed offers, one got accepted and we were lost on what to do as we never made it this far in the process. At the time our offer got accepted my wife and I were overwhelmed trying to balance family, work and life in the midst of Covid lockdown. George provided structure and a timeline to make sure we got everything in order to complete the process and purchase our first home. At a time when we did not have the time to be on top of everything he was there to make sure we knew what we needed and his help lifted a huge weight off our shoulders by helping us get everything in order to make our home purchase as easy as possible. As first time homebuyers, we had tons of questions and concerns and more than a few slightly panicky moments. George was there throughout the entire process, which ended up lasting about 6 months. Somewhat skeptical of real estate agents, having met some unsavory ones in the past, we didn't know what to expect when we first walked in APR. Turned out George was great. Super friendly, knowledgable and not in a rush at all. He answered all of our questions during the meeting and continued to be available for us whenever we needed him, never treating us like we were any less than his "best" clients. We had a number of odd things come up during the escrow process, and George was there every step of the way. Where we didn't have a clue what was going on, George was completely professional, competent, thoughtful, fast-acting, and most importantly, always had a sense of humor. He consistently went above and beyond his role as a real estate agent. There's so much more we could say, but the bottom line is George was the silver lining in our crazy, somewhat frustrating homebuying adventure. We recommend him highly, and will definitely contact him if/when we sell/purchase another home in the future. Thanks to George, we have happily been in our new San Rafael home for just over a month. George supported my husband and I through our first home purchase which also happened to be a foreclosure. He did so in a manner that made us feel like we were his only clients - always timely in his responses to our endless questions, available to show us the home several times, making appointments with inspectors of all sorts (foreclosures do not typically come with disclosures, so we had to get the pest, home inspection, structural and sewer reports ourselves). George has a deep knowledge of the real estate industry and of the localities he serves.  George is a fantastic resource and you'd be lucky to have him as part of your home-buying team!

George knew when to play it cool and saved us $$ George helped my wife and I buy a house in Petaluma where neither of us knew much about the local market. He was always available whenever we needed him and had great insight when it came to neighborhoods and houses. Not only did he find us a mortgage broker that was a better deal than the one we were working with, he also advised us on an offer that was less than we would have made if left to our own "anxious buyer"devices. By doing his due-diligence and getting a good handle on the seller's situation and the condition of the house, he was able to help us make the right choice when it came to putting in an offer that saved us a lot of money. George also has great connections for inspectors of all kinds and was present for every one of them. Work with George and you will be in good hands.

George is the MAN. My husband and I met George while he was showing an open house -- we liked him so much we asked him to be our realtor on the spot. George is a great communicator, professional, and above all else, a super nice guy. My husband and I have an awesome house in Marin because of George Crowe. He's awesome. As first time homebuyers we were not easy clients. My husband and I had very different expectations for our first house. George took the time to walk us through multiple homes to help merge our visions to find houses we could both love. I have dealt with many real estate individuals/companies over the years, but our experience with these guys was awesome. YES, they do get down on the ground and go under the house and check the foundation. YES, they do return phone calls and follow up on any detail you need to check. Looking for a realtor? George is as good as they get, hands down. I had been hoping to move my family from a condo to a single family home for years. Now that the prices have dropped so much I began to look around and, during that process, found George, who was the listing agent for a house that I looked at. Though that house didn't meet our needs, he assisted us in finding a place that we loved. It was a short sale and the process was long and tricky, but George was there for us every step of the way. He met inspectors and contractors at the house, was available to answer every one of my (sometimes stupid) questions, and provided referrals for fantastic contractors who spruced the place up before we moved in.
