Nestled between SouthEnd and Myers Park near the southern edge of Uptown Charlotte, Dilworth couples a leafy setting with unrivaled convenience for commuters headed into the Center City. It’s exceptionally pedestrian-friendly, with sidewalk streets that welcome relaxed biking or strolling to its shops, restaurants, and more. While it’s largely known for its stock of historic homes, most notably a slew of Craftsman-style cottages, Dilworth has more than its share of new construction to choose from, along with variety of condos, townhomes, and apartment buildings.
