Matt Farrell, managing broker, brought his business acumen, technology background, and a love of all things luxury real estate to the Chicago scene a decade ago when he created Urban Real Estate before becoming Corcoran Urban Real Estate in 2020. Matt has spent his career providing quality representation to high net-worth executive and celebrity clients looking to buy and sell in Chicago, and in cities around the country. Matt comes from a technology background, specializing in Web design and IT. Under his leadership, Corcoran Urban develops and delivers cutting-edge tools including proprietary lead and transaction management software, designed specifically for brokers and clients.
