Courtney Knopf, a South Florida native and former New York City Real Estate Attorney, has worked in all facets of real estate, from the legal side to the sales end, to high-end management positions. Prior to joining The Corcoran Group, Courtney spent 6 years in New York City as a Real Estate Attorney for a commercial real estate investment company where she negotiated and drafted real estate sales contracts, leases, renewal lease agreements, and corporate organizational documents. More recently, she served as the Executive Vice President of Operations for a prestigious New York City real estate investment firm where she established and optimized the day-to-day operations and of a company that held a portfolio of buildings in Manhattan valued at more than $500 million in addition to handling all in-house commercial leasing activity. During her tenure in New York, Courtney opened her own high-end brokerage firm, where she exclusively represented high profile clients for properties in excess of $40 million.
