With richly-woven memories of growing up on a Vermont farm in her grandparents’ home—a former 17th-century stage coach inn—Chris continues to be inspired when selling properties in the coveted historic and downtown neighborhoods of West Palm Beach. A resident herself, Chris appreciates the quintessential charm of homes in El Cid, Flamingo Park and Grandview Heights, while also appreciating the vibrancy and walkability of the city’s luxurious condominiums and waterfront residences.
Prior to relocating to West Palm Beach with her husband, Chris called the picturesque island of Nantucket her home for 20 years. In addition to luxury sales and seasonal rentals with Jordan Real Estate, it is there where she honed her skills as a photographer of historic architecture, real estate sales listings and coastal nature, as well as home staging and property management.
A graduate of Peter Kump’s New York Cooking School, Chris also brings to the table her unique experience as a private chef, where she worked over a decade as both a chef and personal assistant for prominent families across Massachusetts and New York.
With an appreciation for organic vegetables, seasonal herbs and native florals, Chris frequents the local green market on the weekends and she loves to walk or bike the miles of sun-drenched waterfront with her husband. She has a passion for entertaining and creating wholesome dishes for friends and family, designing wild-to-whimsical floral arrangements, gardening, preserving
