As Senior Managing Director of the Corcoran Group’s thriving East Hampton office, Jan Jaeger has the all the qualifications necessary to assist the Agents in achieving their maximum potential. Jan’s experience as an Associate Broker teamed with her expertise as a Manager give her tools to lead and to create a supportive and motivating environment.
Jan not only provides guidance and hand on advice and assistance but training and coaching as well. New agent training is provided on a one on one basis and is a supplement to the Corcoran Group’s Training Program. Jan holds New Agent seminars where topics such as negotiating and closing the deal are discussed.
Training and Agent development is not restricted to new Agents. She leads Roundtables discussions on timely topics, Seminars, and Coaching Sessions to educate and motivate all to assist in individual business growth.
Jan is not a competing Manager; she does not list or sell. This allows her to always be available to her team. The atmosphere is the office is collaborative, positive, fun and productive.
