Ernie joined The Corcoran Group as a Senior Managing Director in 2007. He arrived at Corcoran with a dynamic skill set and a vast reservoir of sales and sales management experience. Prior to joining Corcoran he owned a boutique real estate firm on Fire Island. In 2015 Ernie assumed the leadership position on the East End. He dedicates his time helping agents grow their business by offering individual coaching/training sessions and providing his own specific brand of hands-on approach to real estate when attracting new agents, marketing a home for a seller and advising agents on how to bring their business to the next level. Ernie can often be found at open houses, on client appointments making presentations, training new agents or in the office addressing some of the day-to-day situations that require his decision-making skills. Having owned his own firm prepared Ernie to effectively manage Corcoran's ten offices with the assistance of dedicated non-selling managers and staff. Ernie strongly believes that a large part of the formula for success is found in the Corcoran brand. Corcoran attracts the best agents and clientele in the industry. The benefits of the brand translate to more transactions for each agent allowing Corcoran to dominate the market on the East End across all price points. Those who have the listings attract the buyers, and ultimately make the most deals.
