As a lifelong resident of Kingston with over 30 years of real estate experience, Sandie is proud to have been one of the top producing agents in Ulster County. In a time of larger, more impersonal real estate companies, she believes strongly in personal service. She still believes sellers and buyers want to deal with a real human being, not a “robo-agent” or a purely transaction-minded one. That’s why, she is happy to say, most of her business are repeat customers and referrals from them. A significant portion of her business involves period houses about which she knows a great deal and is very passionate about. I played an essential role in producing the book “Early Architecture in Ulster County,” still considered authoritative on the subject more than 30 years after its publication, and in the creation of the City of Kingston’s National Register Historic Districts. Long before Kingston became “Brooklyn North", she was strongly involved in the Kingston Historic Landmarks Commission, as well as having been a past President of Friends of Historic Kingston. Everything she loves is here, from gardening to hiking the beautiful trails of the Shawangunk and Catskill Mountains to studying voice and singing in local choruses. And she is always happy to make an introduction to this life to new clients seeking a new place to be.
