Joy’s love of home is where her talents converge. Her interest in design, architecture, cuisine, dogs, tranquility and the thrill of the hunt are just some of the elements that has made her the well-known and respected real estate professional she is today.
As a Corcoran broker in Manhattan she has sold every category of residential real estate; cooperatives, condominiums, townhouses and new development. Every transaction is handled reliably with the skill of a seasoned realtor and the expertise of a true professional. She prides herself on both the number of referral and repeat clients she continues to work with, and the enduring relationships formed with her clients.
When Corcoran Country Living opened in Rhinebeck, the expansion of her Manhattan business to the Hudson Valley was natural. Joy first came to Columbia County as a renter in 2001 and purchased her current home in Spencertown in 2009. Having lived the life of a weekender for many years, and what that entails, she understands the needs of the second home buyer. Working with seasoned Corcoran Country Living agent, Karolina Czekaj, together they provide the outstanding service to sellers and buyers that both are known for.
A lifelong learner, Joy continues to study French. An avid theater goer and balletomane, she can be found at large and small performance venues throughout Manhattan, The Hudson Valley and The Berkshires.
