How should we connect with you?

    Bogart

Bogart is right at the edge of the western border of Athens, with part of it overlapping Athens’ city boundaries. Most of Bogart is considered part of Oconee County, though part of it edges into Athens-Clarke County. It’s about a 15-minute drive to Athens or Watkinsville, or an hour drive to Atlanta. Residences here include custom construction on wide-open farmland, where you can build your dream property, as well as subdivisions with community pools, tennis courts, and playgrounds. Bogart straddles two counties, two cities, and in effect, two lifestyles, offering a mix of rural acreage and urban convenience. There’s some shopping and dining in Bogart proper, but it’s easy to head to either Athens or Watkinsville for a night out. That’s not to say Bogart doesn’t boast some local favorites, including an outpost of Stripling’s General Store, famous for its sausage and jerky.
