About Beth BrabyBeth (Gleeson) Braby takes great pride in her long term relationship with the Napa Valley. For her, Napa isn’t just a place to live or a world renowned wine destination, it’s a beloved community where she has planted her roots since moving here in 1970. She started her Napa sales career in real estate in 1990 and in 1995 worked for five years as the licensed sales assistant for Phillips & Harris Land Brokers in St. Helena. There she worked closely with Jean Phillips (of Screaming Eagle Winery) and Ren Harris (owner of Paradigm Winery). She finds great joy in sharing the generational history of Napa’s farming/winery culture and inspiring a passion for the Napa community with her clients.
Through her decades long experience in traditional residential real estate sales, Beth has become extremely knowledgeable in Napa’s remodel market. She has helped project-manage renovations for sellers needing pre-market improvements, represented “flippers” on full remodels, as well as assisted investment buyers needing to renovate properties for the rental market. This hands-on experience adds a great value to the service she brings to her buyer and seller clients alike, as the inventory challenges in Napa create niches of opportunity for remodeled product. Beth confidently guides her clients through the selling and buying process with stellar communication, negotiation, and marketing skills. She counsels and guides with a team approach to accomplish sale and purchase goals with efficiency. Her repeat clients and wide referral base are a testament to her satisfied client relations.
