About Dan Camou

Dan is a native San Franciscan who grew up in San Francisco’s Parkside neighborhood. He attended Lycée Francais through 8th grade, and attended Sacred Heart Cathedral Prep High School. He attended UC Santa Barbara on a baseball scholarship and graduated with a BA in Sociology. After graduating, Dan decided to transition his love of baseball into his own personal training business.

Dan has been running his business out of the SOMA and Pacific Heights neighborhoods for the past 10 years. He is a trusted partner to all of his clients putting them at ease while pushing them to reach challenging fitness and personal goals. The consistent and loyal client base which Dan has built is a testament to his dependability, and dedication to helping his clients meet their goals. Dan’s experience as a personal trainer has taught him the importance of familiarizing himself with each of his client’s specific needs to ensure their success. He has a proven record of taking the time to listen and understand his clients' goals and requirements while being sensitive to their time and budget.

Dan knows the ins and outs of San Francisco like the back of his hand. He has a pulse on what is going on at all times in different neighborhoods. Being a San Francisco native gives Dan the upper hand in having connections with many local businesses as well. He is the "go-to" guy for insider knowledge and recommendations within San Francisco.

In addition to Real Estate and Personal Training, you can find Dan at the gym preparing for the next International Tournament as a pitcher for the French National Baseball Team; most recently playing in the 2019 European Championship just missing out on moving on to the Olympics. When he isn’t working, you can find him at a Giants game, eating at the hottest new restaurant, or enjoying the beach with his wife and rescue pup, Riley (@rileypup_sf ).
