As the Vice President, Brand & Integrations, Julie Kerwin Cumby brings two decades of global marketing, branding, communications and digital innovation to her role at Corcoran Reverie. Julie brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to the brokerage with a strong focus on elevating the customer experience through innovative marketing strategies designed to satisfy both buyers and sellers throughout the home buying experience.
A dual citizen of both the United States and Canada, Julie has unique insight into high profile urban markets as well as the slower paced coastal shores of beautiful South Walton. A (mostly) local to the gorgeous beaches of Florida’s Gulf Coast, she's seen the development and expansion of 30A firsthand since first moving to area BT ('Before Truman'). Her mastery of the French language is moderate, considering she's now a full-time Southerner, but her knowledge of hockey is impressive.
Julie collaborates with a variety of local non-profits to better serve the community. She's completing her term as the President of the Parent Association of The Tree House Episcopal Montessori School, sits on the school’s Board of Directors and is an active member of her church. Outside of the office, you will find Julie outside - either on the water paddleboarding, biking along 30A, practicing yoga or at the beach with her two adventurous young sons.
