My spouse and I were interested in buying a townhouse in Central Brooklyn. We knew that we wanted a two- or three-family house, and we were looking for a house with some strong fundamentals, but with enough room left in our budget to make some personal touches. Joseph and Josiane were right there for me every step of the way in not only finding the incredible home I lived in for 5 years, but selling it for me quickly when it was time to move out of state. It can be stressful going through this process but I was always kept at ease. Joseph is the consummate pro. Even though I'm sure he's busy, he still takes the time to talk to me if I call and is helping make sure I find another home now. Joe and his team really care and it shows. I consider him a friend at this point but I don't think there's a better realtor out there.
