Customer service and satisfaction is what defines Armend. Having worked in his family’s restaurant businesses for nearly a decade, Armend was forged in a quick paced and high-pressure environment. He learned that the importance of promoting long-term relationships while maintaining a high-level of customer service by providing excellent and timely response in solution of any issues. Having had a passion for learning everything Real Estate, he decided to become a real estate agent and brought everything he learned with him. A native New Yorker, Armend upholds typical New York values; being no nonsense and getting things done. He seeks to keep every client satisfied by being accessible, knowledgeable, and resourceful. He is willing to work tirelessly to get his sellers or buyers the best deal possible. His success is driven by his deep understanding of the market, keen eye for value, sharp negotiating skills and attention to detail.
