Coming from interior photography and a production background, Dawn specializes in the packaging and presentation of your property – from market research and pricing strategy, to staging and photography. Dawn gives buyers an overview of what they should expect, so there are no surprises. As a buyer’s agent, she will search listings, schedule appointments and tour you through neighborhoods. She does her due diligence and knows all the right questions to ask while walking through a property. She genuinely enjoys helping people navigate the process. Dawn is very patient and understands that buying and selling real estate is a highly emotional endeavor. For the last 15 years, Dawn has resided in Brooklyn Heights with her husband Jack, their daughter Mia and their dog Oliver. Before settling down in Brooklyn, she lived in various parts of Manhattan, including Chelsea, the UWS and the UES. Dawn works in both Manhattan and Brooklyn though, she has come to specialize in the Brownstone Brooklyn market. From working with various clients over the years, she has come to know the Brooklyn market in depth.
