About Mary

Mary brings a special blend of professionalism and passion to all her real estate endeavors.

Mary’s experience structuring and closing real estate transactions began with her own properties on the Upper East Side, in Harlem and on Shelter Island. She developed and refined her marketing and sales skills on Wall Street including at Morgan Stanley, Sanford C Bernstein/ AllianceBernstein and SG Warburg (now UBS).

As part of the Corporate Consulting Group at LaSalle Partners (now Jones Lang LaSalle/ JLL) Mary’s responsibilities encompassed everything from corporate leasing to advising the New York Commodities Exchanges on a contemplated relocation out of the City (they stayed!). This consulting assignment for COMEX involved identifying suitable relocation alternatives, structuring transactions with developers, and negotiating tax-concessions with City and State officials.

Mary’s love of real estate extends even to space-planning and construction! She has happily combined and renovated NYC coops and condos and repositioned multi-tenanted brownstones to maximize value.

Mary is passionate about architecture, interior design and gardens. She is always on the hunt for new possibilities in overlooked neighborhoods, buildings and properties.

Mary studied Art History at Wellesley College and earned her MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
