After having worked with another broker for several months who was unable to find a tenant for our apartment, we switched to Daria and she was responsive and effective. She kept us up to date on prospective tenants, actively advertised and showed the apartment, and worked with the management  company to finalize documentation and payment for the new tenant. I would definitely recommend her to others looking to fill an apartment!

I initially connected with Daria during my search to find a new apartment in Brooklyn last November. Within a matter of 24 hours, she had great options lined up for me to see at great price points. As we viewed the units together, I found Daria very easy to talk to and she seemed to have a genuine  interest in helping me find a new place to call home. Daria went above and beyond in my search by also helping me list the apartment I was in at the time in BK Heights and finding new tenants to take over my lease since I was exiting early. Daria took over all communication with my management company which was a huge relief as they were very difficult during this process and she secured new tenants for my unit, after the unit above me continued to sit vacant for 3 months despite being listed by another broker.  I'm so glad I met Daria and I truly appreciate her level of accountability and responsiveness throughout this experience.

Daria helped us tremendously with a rental property. We had recently purchased a new home and were stuck with 6 months remaining our our old lease. Daria was able to negotiate with our building management and arrange a transaction with a new tenant that allowed us to move-in to our new home and got  us out of our old lease. Very pleased.

Daria was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with when my girlfriend and I were recently looking for a new apartment. She  was always available, eager to answer any question we had, and provided information regarding the things we would have never thought to ask. Her knowledge and  relationships with members of the management company were definitely a benefit to us. Would definitely seek her guidance if we ever have to move again.

While I cannot specifically speak of Citi Habitats as a whole....I must rave about Daria Komanova.
Daria is very professional and her knowledge of the FiDi is amazing.  We explained to her what we were looking for, how much we wanted to spend, and all NO-FEE which we knew is not ideal for agents. 
Fortunately, for us we found a building we just had to live in (the place just felt right).  And lucky for us the initial apartment we put an application on fell through because we were able to find a bigger apartment in the same building for less money and with 4 (YES 4!) walk-in closets and a newly renovated kitchen.  
2 Days later lease signed it was a go from there....

They navigated the process with urgency but without any stress. They understood our very tricky personal health situation (we're a husband/wife kidney donation pair that had a pending surgery and multiple hospitalizations through the entirety of our listing), so they took on so much groundwork to make our lives easier at every step. Kevin and Daria were knowledgeable, warm, and exuded calm confidence with each interaction. Every day, we would comment about how they went above and beyond to make this happen for us.

Daria and Kevin also incorporated top-quality assistance in the name of an attorney (Reyad Farraj) and made terrific referrals for work our apartment needed to get in selling shape. It was clear they had a fantastic relationship with them, as these referrals treated us with the same level of respect, warmth, urgency, and competence. 

This team was present for us with each request. But, it was incredible how little we had to ask of them as their anticipatory skills were unparalleled. We'd frequently be impressed with how they'd have already taken care of items we didn't know had to be taken care of. We felt like we were always a priority to them.

Daria and Kevin have redefined real estate for us from something that could be seen as stressful to something that's enjoyable. We can't wait to work with them, and the extended Citi Habitats team, in the next few weeks to help us locate a purchase property in the new year.
