Candace came into the world of real estate brokerage armed with valuable skills and a unique perspective, thanks to her background and studies in accounting and education. This native of New Jersey, who hails from an old colonial town just outside of Philadelphia, earned a B.S. in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University, and went on to receive her M.A. in Education from New York University. Candace worked for KPMG after college then felt the calling to teach. She spent 16 years in education, first as a middle school teacher and subsequently as an instructional coach. Candace enjoyed collaborating with teachers and principals to improve the teaching and learning in schools. Her excellent listening skills, patient demeanor, and ability to empower others with knowledge are her fortes that have become valuable assets in her real estate practice. “I understand how emotions can impact decision-making. My goal is to provide vital information that helps you arrive at the right real estate decisions, and to break down complex information, such as the process of buying or selling a home, into clear steps.” Candace is very organized, multitasks well, stays calm in stressful situations, and is an excellent problem solver. She also has a firm grasp on the financial side of purchasing property with relevant training in accounting.
