About Jason Crew

Jason has lived and worked in the Park Slope Prospect Heights neighborhoods for over 24 years. He is the proud parent to his two children and devoted husband to his Brooklyn born wife of 22 years. His time in New York has always been real estate related. Whether it be developing and building venues on Brooklyn’s Smith Street and 5th Avenue’s restaurant row’s in the late ‘90’s and early 2000’s or being a professional advisor on the structural integrity and potential renovation costs to friends and colleagues on their Real Estate purchases. Jason, through his contracting business, has renovated multiple townhouses, storefronts and commercial spaces in and around Brownstone Brooklyn as well as leased and managed multifamily properties and commercial spaces of his own. He has been on both sides of the table you might say and brings a unique set of skills and insight to any deal. Jason also owned and managed a successful neighborhood restaurant for ten years before selling to pursue his passion as a real estate agent. He is approachable, engaging and well connected to the community through his children’s schools, his time in the Restaurant industry and his family’s deep roots here in Brooklyn. His love for Brooklyn’s architecture and keen eye for detail and structural integrity along with strong business sense make real estate a perfect fit and asset to both Buyer and Seller alike.
