About Avi

A competitive nature has always been the key to Avi Alkotzer’s success. Avi grew up in Israel and after a mandatory three year term in the Israeli Army, Avi was offered the opportunity to play professional soccer. It was his gift for soccer that facilitated his move to the US, receiving full scholarships to the University of Memphis and University of Bridgeport.

After completing his Bachelor's degree in Finance, minor in international business in a little over three years, Avi began his career at Morgan Stanley as a stock trading assistant. From there, Avi took the leap into real estate, working for a small rental firm in the Financial District where he was named Rookie of the year. Subsequent to his success, he continued to grow in the real estate industry by accepting a position at Blu Realty group where he earned the highest gross commission four years over.

Avi believes that real estate is not defined by the sale. He actively works to establish lasting relationships with his buyers and sellers. In dealing with clients, he is completely hands on and offers constant accessibility. Developing trust and providing valuable market information offers comfort and ultimately works to build a remarkable bond.
