As Corcoran Group Marketing took flight, she was at the forefront of evaluating market needs on behalf of developers. As buildings were acquired for development, Barrie had the opportunity to be involved in the conversion process, from acquisition and pricing, to design, floor plan structure, and the creation of web-based and print marketing materials. She has worked in this capacity on 19 residential buildings in Tribeca, Greenwich Village, the Lower East Side and FiDi.
