Chazz began her career at Corcoran in 2006. Previously she had been a successful international event producer. "I chose real estate because I wanted to be anchored in NYC for my children and was often asked by friends and colleagues to advise them when they were looking at real estate. I saw a direct correlation between event clients and what real estate customers need:Listening is easy, hearing is imperative."
Setting realistic goals, using multiple strategies in the marketplace and offering a full service ethic are just a few things that Chazz does to complete a sale. She has recently teamed up with the Helmuth Pellegrino Team to make sure her NYC client base is in good hands while she pursues sales in the Hudson Valley, where she has had a home for over 30 years. Chazz will still be on call for new business and strategic thinking in NYC for her customers with the Helmuth Pellegrino Team.
