Steven Marvin worked in multifamily investment sales prior to joining The Corcoran Group. Licensed both in New York and New Jersey, he has been involved not only with sales but in building marketing packages, plus has an understanding of cash flow underwriting and many other facets of real estate.

He genuinely cares about the people he represents and works hard to enhance their lives and investments. Steven specializes in sales in Manhattan, with a good deal of his business in SoHo, West Village, Greenwich Village, Chelsea, and other prime neighborhoods. Originally from Rockland County, NY, he graduated from State University of New York at Cortland with a degree in Communications, concentration in Public Relations and Advertising, and Management minor. Outside of real estate, Steve is into fitness, reading, snowboarding, family time and travel.
