A native of Toronto, Canada, Bruce spent five years in California before making his way to New York in 1996. Like many other non-native New Yorkers, he arrived for a two year assignment, fell in love with the city and never left. After a decade or so renting in several Manhattan neighborhoods, Bruce and his young family purchased a home in Park Slope, Brooklyn. It’s a familiar story - renters decide it’s time to buy, search throughout Manhattan, find nothing in their price range and decide reluctantly to look at Brooklyn. You know the rest… they found an amazing apartment in a Brownstone, fell in love with Brooklyn and swear they are never leaving.

Along with his own unique insight and experience, Bruce’s clients benefit from the invaluable expertise and influence of Corcoran’s Meier Team, ranking in the top 0.5% of residential real estate teams in the country, and the number one team by transactions in New York for the past five years. When less adrenaline is on tap, he loves hiking with his family, traveling through Europe, and he also loves to cook and is an avid wine collector.
