About Bruce

Bruce is a dedicated, professional, and savvy agent who combines an extensive background in sales and business management, with a genuine interest in cultivating unique relationships with his clients and colleagues. While his entrepreneurial forays have equipped him with an intuitive ability to strategically market properties, negotiate profitable deals, and maximize returns, Bruce views himself not as a salesperson, but rather an expert resource who helps his buyers and sellers navigate the complex and fast-moving New York City real estate market.

A native of Toronto, Canada, Bruce spent five years in California before making his way to New York in 1996. Like many other non-native New Yorkers, he arrived for a two year assignment, fell in love with the city and never left. After a decade or so renting in several Manhattan neighborhoods, Bruce and his young family purchased a home in Park Slope, Brooklyn. It’s a familiar story - renters decide it’s time to buy, search throughout Manhattan, find nothing in their price range and decide reluctantly to look at Brooklyn. You know the rest… they found an amazing apartment in a Brownstone, fell in love with Brooklyn and swear they are never leaving.

Along with his own unique insight and experience, Bruce’s clients benefit from the invaluable expertise and influence of Corcoran’s Meier Team, ranking in the top 0.5% of residential real estate teams in the country, and the number one team by transactions in New York for the past five years. In his current role at Corcoran, Bruce works throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn with a diverse clientele ranging from renters and first-time buyers and sellers, to re-sellers and investors looking to buy, renovate, or sell. As a Brooklyn resident himself, Bruce has observed the tremendous growth throughout Brooklyn and is excited to be a part of it.

When he is not helping his clients achieve their real estate goals, Bruce indulges his passion for motorcycles by racing his Ducati on tracks throughout the East Coast. When less adrenaline is on tap, he loves hiking with his family, traveling through Europe, and he also loves to cook and is an avid wine collector.
