Originally from nearby New Canaan, CT and a New Yorker since 2004, Melissa is very knowledgeable about different neighborhoods. Unwilling to part with the city she loves and calls home for graduate school, she completed her MBA in Marketing at Fordham Graduate School of Business near Lincoln Center. As an MBA, she leverages her research, financial analysis, and negotiation skills, along with her real estate knowledge and personal relationships, to give clients every advantage in today’s competitive market. Melissa attended Colgate University for her undergraduate studies where she earned her BA in Spanish. Melissa is a dual citizen of the United States and the United Kingdom and has spent time living and working in Europe. She is an avid traveler, speaks Spanish, and visits Latin America regularly. Melissa lives in the Upper East Side with her husband Leandro and adorable kids Giuliana and Luca.
