Michael, who began his career in real estate in 2001, paved his own accomplished path which, in 2007, was complemented and enhanced by Hayim who brought his skills and insight from the finance industry. A South Florida native, Michael moved to New York to attend Cornell University over two decades ago. Once interested in becoming an attorney, he shifted gears and went creative, going into advertising. Michael has called New York City home for over 20 years, and has always lived downtown – first in the West Village and Greenwich Village, now in Chelsea.

Hayim, originally from Turkey, came to the U.S. to study at Georgetown University. He speaks fluent English, Turkish and French, and is conversant in several other languages, so works especially well helping international clients find homes in and get acclimated in the great city of New York.
