An island boy through and through, Manuel moved from the island of Puerto Rico to the island of Manhattan in 2009 to finish his bachelor's degree. Having studied at Fordham University and NYU, he went on to work for the NY Yankees and NY Red Bulls, and then started his own business selling luxury handbags. A decade later, you could say he took very well to NYC’s hustle and go-get-it attitude!
Real estate was a natural transition for Manuel, who draws on his first-class luxury service skills and nose for value to help clients through the complex process of renting, buying and selling a home. With such an impressive sales and service background, he understands that being an advisor and advocate, and forging lasting relationships are an integral part of the job, and are what he loves most. His other forte is having a keen eye and knack for a great deal, which all his clients appreciate. Caring, attentive, personable and happy are often words used to describe his engaging personal style.
Manuel knows the city and its streets and neighborhoods like the back of his hand, thanks to his passion for biking that has inspired him to travel and explore the boroughs from corner to corner. Coupled with that, he has lived in 10 different apartments in 10 years, in the Upper West Side, Midtown East, Alphabet City, and the Financial District since 2014.
