Phil has worked with developers, sellers, buyers and investors in his seven years working in NYC real estate. He has sold new development, townhouses, condos and co-ops. When not working Phil relaxes by enjoying the beauty of Upstate New York with his family and friends, watching and writing about his soccer team and competing in triathlons.
