The Sunnyside is a brand new mixed use office building being built in the heart of Sunnyside, Queens. The structure will offer 120,000 square feet of space that can be used for Healthcare, Life Sciences, Educational and Office/Community Facilities. SBLM Architects designed the twelve story, 145,000 square foot glass and steel building. Amenities include rooftop space, outdoor terraces, bicycle storage, separate lobbies for tenants, a loading dock as well as valet parking for the building with over 100 parking spaces, including EV charging in an underground garage.
