As Corcoran’s Executive Vice President and General Sales Manager, Bill Cunningham occupies a key leadership position at the brokerage. Most importantly, he is responsible for overseeing management of all sales in Manhattan. Additionally, he works closely alongside Corcoran CEO Pamela Liebman and on the firm’s executive committee to give strategic direction to the company.
A native of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Bill joined Corcoran in 2001 after a successful career in the commercial airline industry. He distinguished himself as a sales agent on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, and eventually was tapped to be the lead sales manager in Corcoran’s flagship East Side office. During his tenure, the East Side office’s revenues grew significantly.
Bill's leadership and his supportive yet forthright approach guides his team as they facilitate millions of dollars in sale and rental transactions. His management style is an intuitive one, centered on creating a nurturing and dynamic environment for agents. He believes in the importance of providing agents with all the tools necessary to excel in negotiations, communications and customer service.
"Corcoran is the most progressive force in the industry and the undisputed leader in quality of service, technology, branding and results," Bill says. "Our agents are our greatest asset, and it is absolutely essential that we give them the support they need to always be on top. My goal is to inspire everyone at Corcoran to raise the bar and to strive to exceed expectations."
