Alisande Heriyanto began her 15+ year career in March 2006, working in the Sales & Operational role with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. Where she facilitated the openings of commercial on-site sales offices that included installation of technology infrastructure, training and hiring of administrative support staff across the entire Corcoran Sunshine New Development portfolio. During her tenure, she managed and facilitated the setup of over a 100 New Development On-site Sales Offices that encompassed every aspect from construction to the grand opening. Some of which belonged to the most notable buildings in New York City – The Greenwich Lane, The Apthrop, One Jackson Square, The Orion, The Urban Glass House, 50 Bond, The Lucida, The Manhattan House and the entire Extell Development portfolio that encompassed Riverside Blvd in the early aught’s and many more. Her last milestone with the company was the creation of an industry first proprietary New Development CRM that manages the entire Corcoran Sunshine Portfolio, from the first inquiry to closing. Till this day, this one of a kind platform is customized and built for the needs of New Development and Corcoran Sunshine’s clients.
