John Felicetti is a new development expert, having spent over 13 years at Corcoran and Corcoran Sunshine. John’s new development work has spanned project management, marketing, public relations, and sales.
As Vice President, New Development at Corcoran, John is involved in all aspects of the new development process. His collaborative approach has earned him the trust of the industry’s leading sales teams and developers, and he has contributed to record-breaking sales campaigns in both in New York City and other key domestic locations. John embraces the creativity, practicality, and market insight necessary to achieve sales success in complex development scenarios.
Prior to joining Corcoran in 2007, John honed his talents in marketing as an advertising Account Executive at Lowe and Partners Worldwide/Alchemy, and before that Grey Worldwide. John is a graduate of New York University.
John lives on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, where he is proud to support Trinity Place Shelter for LBGTQ+ youth. He also serves as co-captain of Corcoran’s Cycle For Survival team which fundraises for rare cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital.
