As Marketing and Public Relations Director for Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, the new development arm of The Corcoran Group, John Felicetti’s dual-focus role includes overseeing Corcoran Sunshine press matters, while facilitating marketing campaigns for a portfolio of luxury residential developments.
John has been responsible for a slew of considerable press mentions for Corcoran Sunshine, as well as its properties and president, Kelly Kennedy Mack, in a variety of top national and regional publications including, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Bloomberg, Crain’s and the New York Post.
John is responsible for executing marketing campaigns for prominent residential developments in Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Hamptons.
Prior to joining Corcoran Sunshine in 2007, John was an advertising Account Executive at Lowe and Partners Worldwide/Alchemy, and before that Grey Worldwide. John holds a Bachelor of Science from New York University, where he was a member of the NYU Scholars Program. He loves living on the Upper West Side, which reminds him of his other favorite city, Paris.
