When Linda first started as a sales agent with The Corcoran Group, Barbara Corcoran anointed her "Good Will Ambassador" of the Company. A decade later, Linda had become a corporate managing director and our CEO, Pam Liebman, positioned her as the Company's chief "Trouble Shooter", able to effectively manage virtually any project. When Linda was asked to create the firm's Virtual Office, a trendsetting division for agents who preferred to work in the comfort of their own home, the result was a remarkable success. Linda also decentralized the Rental Division into the mainstream company to create synergy among agents in addressing the gamut of client needs; thus transforming Corcoran into the first major Manhattan brokerage at the time to have integrated real estate offices. Her business savvy and problem solving skills once again proved invaluable when Linda joined the technology design team to create the most advanced, agent-friendly property listings system, “TAXI”, in the industry.
