About Lauren

A good broker is one who sets realistic expectations for her clients and guides them through the purchase or sale process from start to finish. Lauren adds tremendous value in this way, helping her clients find what they want, and how to best attain it. “My business is not based on closing a client on the first property. Rather, my goal is to build trust through honesty, patience and dedication to each person’s unique situation. In the end, I want my clients to feel confident knowing I did the best job, with their satisfaction and referrals as my reward.”

While real estate can often be an emotional transaction, it is first and foremost a major investment. Lauren assists clients by finding the best space and address for their current needs, while capitalizing on future potential. She has also achieved multiple record-setting sales for clients through all market conditions. Highly personable and focused, she has worked extensively with both buyers and sellers of Long Island City real estate catering to their specific requests.

Originally from Stamford, Connecticut, Lauren earned a degree from Hofstra University in English with a specialization in British Literature. Currently, Lauren is furthering her expertise by pursuing a double certification in Real Estate Finance and Property Management to enhance her skills and knowledge. A longtime resident of Long Island City, Lauren has followed the area’s development very closely. She is passionate about her neighborhood and chose to specialize in it for that reason. When not busy working, Lauren is an avid Yogi who also enjoys taking kickboxing and Pilates classes.
