Veronica is great! She is super calm, fair, always on time. Veronica was great with answering all of our questions and working with us within our budget and what we were looking for exactly. I have already recommended Veronica to friends looking to move in Brooklyn.— Erin Lynn Welsh, Client

Having a dream home is the foundation to a happy life. Veronica wants to help you get there. But just as important as finding the perfect place to live is helping you make an informed and confident financial decision. “Real estate is a major investment. I strive to make sure that my clients are happy with their home, plus feel good about the value of their asset.”
To ensure the best experience, Veronica first and foremost takes time to figure out your wants, needs and concerns. Having a connection between client and agent is essential to your success, she believes. “I encourage you to ask as many questions as you have, and want you to feel comfortable knowing I am there with you every step of the way.”Veronica brings extensive knowledge of NYC real estate trends and current activity, and is able to give you reports and statistics to paint a clear picture of market conditions. Being a member of REBNY, she can offer access to the best listings as soon as they hit; and she will guide you to experienced mortgage brokers, attorneys, contractors, designers and others, so you have a solid team of experts on your side. Her role does not end at the closing table; she hopes it will last well beyond, for a lifetime of real estate needs.
Originally from Northern California, Veronica moved to New York City right after high school to pursue a BFA degree from Pratt Institute. She has lived in Brooklyn for over 11 years. Her background includes working in the restaurant business at high-profile establishments, and as an art teacher at various area schools. She more recently co-launched a hair accessory line called Preview Wear that was featured in Allure and Vogue Magazines.
Prior to joining Corcoran, Veronica focused on rentals at a boutique brokerage firm in Greenpoint. She is well equipped to handle your purchase, sale and rental requirements throughout Brooklyn. When not busy with clients, she enjoys practicing yoga, cooking, and riding her bike all around the city.
