Once Cesar Negron learned the process of buying real estate while helping friends and for his own personal investment purposes, the drive was instilled in him to choose that as his profession. After 15 years in facilities management, with his latest role at the Museum of Arts & Design, Cesar ventured out to pursue his dream and has, in the process, helped others successfully pursue theirs when it comes to finding the perfect home.
Cesar, who has lived both in Manhattan and Brooklyn where he currently resides, understands both markets and is knowledgeable about the unique offerings and inherent differences in each neighborhood. His thorough, attentive, detail-oriented work ethic combines with his flair for listening to people's needs and responding with the best possible customer service to ensure a smooth, rewarding real estate experience for every buyer and seller he represents.
Born and raised in New York, Cesar attended Fashion Institute of Technology where he studied Textile Design. During his tenure in facilities management, he excelled at overseeing and handling the many facets involved in making systems and operation run smoothly, just as he does during an intricate real estate transaction. To Cesar, real estate is not just his career, but his favorite hobby as well. A member of the Real Estate Board of New York, he also served as a board member of the Park Slope Villas condo where he formerly lived. In addition to that, he enjoys volunteering his time to improving the quality of life in his community. Cesar also has a deep creative and artistic side with a eye for design.
