This review is for Ippei Iwashiro. Ippei helped me with the purchase of a Manhattan co-op last year. I had been searching on my own before then. I worked with him and ended up with a Gramercy apartment under the asking price. If you are looking for an agent, look no further.

I highly recommend working with Ippei to rent our your apartment. We own a condo in Brooklyn that can be difficult to rent. Ippei liaised with prospective tenants and managed the interaction with the management company. The apartment was rented in a couple of weeks at the rent that we were asking for 24 months, which was a bonus. Ippei is a great choice for a smart, hard working broker.
