BY THE SEA. A beachfront Amagansett home has sold for $10.35 million. The 4,000-square-foot house comes with an ocean-side heated gunite pool. The Long Island Real Estate Report identifies the buyer as 97 Marine Boulevard LLC; the seller of the four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home is listed as Corleigh Associates. "It's a beautiful property," says Kevin Conboy of The Corcoran Group. He says that at one time the property was a beach cottage with the fifth largest oceanfront footage on the block; the house was built new in 2004, he says. Corcoran's Sally Huns brought the buyer.
