Patrick McEnroe and Melissa Errico have sold their Southampton bungalow for $699,000, according to the Long Island Real Estate Report.

The couple, who married in 1998, bought the three-bedroom, two-bath house in 2006 for $845,000, according to public records. The 1,200-square-foot, one-story home sits on .65 acres and has a fireplace and a deck.
