According to Streeteasy's recent market report, the current median price for a Manhattan apartment is $875,000. Here are seven properties that hit that bulls-eye.

Two studios in a townhouse have been combined into a one-bedroom, though the layout is flexible enough to be remade into a two-bedroom, says listing broker Vidal Chavez. It’s a walk-up, but has upscale features like a jetted tub and thermal-heated floors in the bathroom, plus a 100-square-foot terrace.
