Alright, let's face it: You want that old-timey Brooklyn charm but can't resist the luxe of a new development. It's time to say hello to Lineage.

This shiny new Clinton Hill development has been on the market just less than a year and features a range of condos, priced between $400,000 and $600,000.

"It's really nestled in the community, which is very old Brooklyn meets young Brooklyn. It's a modern place among townhouses and tree-lined streets - the best of both worlds," Corcoran broker Toni Martin said.

The development is 53% sold at the moment but has several one-bedroom options left. Most come with rec rooms, office space and balconies and/or terraces. Perhaps the biggest draw is the space: Some apartments have up to 1,300-square-feet and tall ceilings, with plenty of windows.

Plus, there's the undeniable urban meets suburban feel that the area is known for.

"This neighborhood tends to attract people from all over the city, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens. But I've also had some buyers outside the city, for example from the D.C. area," said Martin, who adds that she's always thought that the Clinton Hill vibe is very similar to Georgetown’s.
