The asking price on the south of the high way 2.5 acre spread? $12.995M. And, according to StreetEasy, it's only been on the market for a little more than month. When this and the Meadow Lane property close, Mr. Davis will be about 3/4s of the way to the coveted $100M mark with just four sales...and it's only April.
