“The biggest draw that I'm seeing right now is people looking for great outdoor living spaces that can be used for three seasons, if not more," explains Susan Ryan, vice president and licensed associate real estate broker at The Corcoran Group. Grand outdoor spaces that go beyond a traditional patio or pool area are in high demand. Alfresco living rooms replete with televisions, furniture, and accessories; patio kitchens; complete open-air dining rooms; and lavish covered porches are among the features to which East End buyers are flocking.
