Bleu Ciel Hair Salon signed a 10-year lease for the 1,300 square feet on ground level of this 1963 17-story mixed-use building on the Upper East Side. The space, previously occupied by Stein Hair Salon, will be Bleu Ciel’s second location in the city. (The first is on Lexington Avenue between East 79th and 80th Streets.) The lease can be extended for five years, and the salon is expected to open this summer.
