PROS The large terrace, reached from the living room, has electricity and plumbing and feels like a functional extension of the indoor space. The windowed bathroom and kitchen were stylishly renovated and every room gets ample sunlight. Outdoor dining includes pretty vistas of classic water towers and the Midtown skyline.
CONS The interior space, with about 620 square feet, is smaller than the terrace, and the kitchen, while nicely upgraded, is a tight fit. There is no foyer.
