Looking for a loft in a top SoHo location? You better move fast. All eight units at 115 Mercer St., a turn-of-the-century SoHo cast-iron loft building between Prince and Spring Sts., are almost gone. Keith Goich of Cetra/Ruddy Architecture and Interior Design turned the former garment showrooms into high-end homes with radiant-heated limestone floors in the bathroom. The building's snazzy rooftop penthouse has two outdoor spaces and a windowed office or second bedroom with views looking both uptown and down. Currently being jazzed up by interior designer Eric Cohler, the second penthouse goes on the market for viewing in two weeks.

Developer Siraj Dadabhoy of DCD America sees Mercer St. as one of SoHo's top drawers. "You have the Prada store anchoring one end of the street and 40 Mercer at the other," says Dadabhoy, on the phone from Dubai. "With high-end retail and great lofts, it's a destination location all by itself and a fantastic place to live, even for families."

Corcoran's Julie Pham and Chris Poore have the listing. Two bedrooms in the building start at $2.95 million.
